Since 1814 a bridge has spanned the Delaware River between the communities that are now known as New Hope, PA. and Lambertville, NJ. The bridge’s story – from private construction and ownership to the public domain with floods and replacement in between – will be told in pictures and words by Joseph Donnelly, Deputy Executive Director of Communications of the Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission.
