Lambertville Historical Society will sponsor a presentation by author Meg Cox, “The Quilter’s Catalog: A Comprehensive Resource Guide.” Meg has been a journalist for several major newspapers and an author of three books. We will also have several historical quilts on display from our archives.

Guided walking tour of historic Lambertville provided by our trained volunteers leave the Marshall House Museum at 2 PM and last about 1¼ hour. No reservation necessary. $5 donation per person.

Marshall House Museum is open for the 2008 season on Saturdays and Sundays, from 1 PM to 4 PM. Free admission – Visit the 19th Century period rooms and the current exhibition on the History of Lambertville. The museum is at 60 Bridge Street. The museum is also open by appointment by calling 609-397-1326.

Join us when Meg Cox, author of “The Quilter’s Catalog” will speak on AMERICAN QUILTING, THEN AND NOW at the Centenary Methodist Church, 108 N. Union, at 2PM. Meg will provide an a fascinating talk on the quilter’s art and we will show a number of historic quilts from the Lambertville Historical Society Collection. Tickets are $15 in advance.

26th Annual Lambertville Historical Society HOUSE TOUR Join us for this popular event to celebrate Lambertville’s architecture and history. See impressive homes and learn about restoration and preservation. Advance Tickets are $15 starting in September and $20 if purchased the day of the tour.

Winterfest Weekend Historical Tours of Lambertville start at 2 PM provided by our experienced guides, starting from the Lambertville (Train) Station for this weekend only. No reservations needed, duration 1¼ hour, $5 donation per person.

LHS Members and Artists Reception at 3-6 PM for Opening of the 29th Annual Lambertville Historical Society Annual Art Exhibit. This annual event celebrates the opening of this juried annual show and brings together our members and local artists for the presentation of awards and viewing of the artist’s work. Raffle tickets for a selected painting go on sale. Free to public, refreshments. Coryell Gallery at 8 Coryell Street and the Canal.
